Sometimes, the students
feel emotional and psychological insecurity. They do not get the
opportunity to discuss problems associated and disassociated with
their studies. Keeping in view, there is a provision of Section
Incharge who solves the problems of his own section students both
social and academic. There is a guardian teacher also for every
batch. Each section has three batches. The responsibility of
guardian teacher is to organize a monthly meeting with his own
batch students and to listen to their various problem Incase, there
is any problem, the guardian teacher conveys it to section Incharge
and it, finally, reaches to the First Year Incharge.
In order to make the
students more sincere and serious in their students, we send the
mark list, including attendance record and their marks in the
sessional to their parents with the effective remark for their
improvement. Later, parents are invited to attend the meeting with
their lecturer staff. In this way, we keep their parents in close
vigil as far as their ward is concerned.

problem? How to prepare by saving time?
Important factors for
UCOE students, do hardwork, remain sincere, keep regularity,
maintain discipline and dedication towards studies, without those
terms it is very difficult to get success in first year.
As we all know, some
students who are admitted in this college are basically, mentally
economically poor and they have to fulfill requirement, aspiration
of their parents/ neighborhood / relatives / friends and also true
their dreams what they have seen for you and your future. Success
& motivation for your career we, our staff of UCOE are with you
and above rules & regulations to keep your schedule tidy in
whole session.
Success always counts
sweetest. The success depends on the Killer-instict and hard work of
both lecturers and students. I am proud to say that the result of
B.E. first year has been excellent and praise-worthy. Umrer College
of Engineering has been maintaining fourth or fifth position out of
Sixteen Engineering Colleges since beginning in the N.U.Examination.
So, the first year is
marching ahead day by day with a mission of quality and healthy
education. But still we have to cover a long distance and to
register our name in one of the best institutes in this area.
With these all, our
first year staff trying hard for success of each and every students
and for the same we need cooperation of students as well as their
parents.
