The Candidate should have passed the higher secondary certificate [ Std. XII ] examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary examination or its equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with not less than 50% marks [ 45% of backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only ] in the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics together or candidate should have passed the Indian School Certificate [ Standard XII ] Examination of a council or Board outside Maharashtra State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and with not less than 50% marks [ 45% marks for backward class condidate from Maharashtra State only ] in the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together at one and the same sitting.

Admission to Diploma Holders

After admitting candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria in admission rule against seats remaining vacant after out off date as per rule 6.4, if the vacancies still exist then the Principal of the Un-aided college can admit diploma holders who have passed the diploma course in Engineering/Technology affiliated to MSBTE or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks against these vacancies. Such admission are also as per the merit of candidates applied for the particular un-aided college.
